Inspired by the striking detail
of Le Rouges representation of the four seasons
in Le Grant Kalendrier, Troyes, Hall Eastwells artisans
have painstakingly transformed an adaptation of these
designs into four sets of exquisite bookends. Known as
The Museum Collection, each pair of bookends is beautifully
engraved with the signs of the zodiac as represented in
the 15th century woodcuts used to print the original calendar
scenes. The selections include:
